Alyssa took lots of pictures and I will post them as I get the time today while watching Ledge and Violet. Here is the groom, Lou (Leo's brother), Violet and Jovi (flower girls), Landon and Logan (ring bearers), and Wylan (groomsman, I think). More pictures to come.

Heart and Body Extract

Has anyone heard about this so-called Heart and Body Extract? I hadn't until I read the comment below.

"I tried using Heart and Body extract years ago and as God is my witness my body felt like it had recieved an overhaul within a week of using and I only took about half the dosage that was recommended because I didn't really care for the taste. Its not that bad of a taste but it certainly isn't a banana split either. I started to acquire the taste after about the second month but didn't feel the need to order any more after I used the bottle up. I was 37 since I last used it when I was a longhaul independent driver and could afford to run the rig, but now at 41 I'm starting to feel the need to order another bottle. I would suspect using it solidly as suggested would be best for the first couple of months and then to cut back on the dosage by at least halfstrength would be more than enough of the nutrients required to maintain healthy circulation and a better life. I am only putting this out there because I do believe in the products worthiness and want anyone to know that the testimonials on the HB extract site make many claims about wellness and I can attest for myself that my blood pressure dropped to a nicely regulated 112/72 at the age of 37 and my sleep patterns and eating habits were the worst that one could imagine. The product is for real."
