Tavia’s day in court with her landlord was Friday.
In the last trial, I took shorthand notes (as fast as I could) during the trial and could actually read a lot of it later so I was able to post a lot of the proceedings on the blog here. I started taking notes this time, and then I saw a court reporter typing away. So, I abandoned my shorthand notes thinking we could get a copy of the court transcript later. It would be good entertainment to read it if we can get it. It would be a look at a devious, lying, crooked landlord at work.

Violet is concerned
Violet came around the corner, saw Ledge leaning over the edge and ran to his rescue in a panic. Alyssa told her, "It's okay Violet, I've got him!" But, Violet didn't want to take any chances! Alyssa was trying to reassure Violet that he was not in any danger, while Violet, hearing none of it, kept hanging on to his shirt trying to pull him back from the "abyss." You can see Ledge crying in the second picture because he does not like being held back. He wants to put his hands in the water. It turned into something quite comical for Alyssa and me. Alyssa was laughing, saying, "She does NOT trust me with him!"

What a nitwit!
Watch the Inspector General of the Federal Reserve evade questions about who got the bailout money and how large the losses are. As you watch, you will realize that the government is not in charge of the Fed. It's the other way around.

Obama's spending cuts
You cannot listen to the news without hearing about Obama's spending cuts. How big are they? He is cutting $17 BILLION -- while he spends $3.5 trillion. That is two-fifths of one percent. You will be happy to know that his spending cuts bring the budget down to roughly $3.5 trillion. Oh, that is what it started at.
