Received this in my email today

Everyday I wake up hoping that my invitation will be in an e-mail. I
didn't know if I was going to have to talk Johnny into marrying Tavia to really
become part of the family. I thought we had some HISTORY! If there was a
Tranior Trivia contest I am sure I could keep up with the rest of the pack, and
surpass some of the others that have already receieved invitation.
Yours
Truly,
Pryndana

Tavia wanted everyone to see this. Click the link below. Just two weeks older than Violet.

This is what I got to do the other day. She was asleep in my arms for about 30 minutes. My face was right next to hers and I could hear her breathing and sighing and I loved every minute of it. I can’t believe how this baby responds to people already. She’s something else. I love her so much.

Remember the hole outside our door?

Look at it now...
They slapped a slab of wood over the hole to patch it, then screwed it down.

Jill Carroll

Have you been following this story?

Jill Carroll is an American journalist working as a freelance reporter in Iraq. Last Saturday men with guns took over her car and killed her translator. They said they will kill her today if 6 Iraqi women detainees are not released.

She's only 28 years old. Three years younger than Tavia. I can only imagine if it was Tavia in that same situation--how tortured we'd all be. That girl must be so afraid right now.

Time is running out for her. The White House has said they don't negotiate with terrorists, so it's not looking good that her life will be spared.

Four generations.

I just ran across this on my computer and thought that I should throw it up just as a simple reminder that each day that passes we all grow a day older and we don't think much about the missed opportunities that we have, the could haves that we didn't give a second thought, the should haves that we don't consider.

Isn't it something how time passes right by us?

Hugs!

What should they do now?

Here is the story. Down the street from Alyssa and Leo lives Bettina. Bettina is also in the flower business and Alyssa sees her at the flower market occasionally. One evening before Christmas, Bettina knocks at the door. She came with a bottle of wine and a Christmas card. Later, after she had left, it was noticed on the card that Bettina had written, "To Alyssa and Martin." For some reason or other, she thought Leo's name was Martin. Alyssa was going to send her a thank-you card and sign it "Alyssa and Leo." That way she would know what Leo's name really was. But, yesterday, at the flower market, Bettina and Alyssa ran into each other. And, Bettina asked, "How's Martin?" Alyssa didn't know how to tell her that she had the name wrong, so she said, "Fine." Now what? Any suggestions? Leo says that maybe around her, he will just be Martin. Everybody, help out here. Suggestions, please.

Guess with whom I spent the day...

I went to the shop with Alyssa and while she worked, I took care of Violet. She was so good! She really liked sitting out on the lawn and looking around.
