I just bought a mandoline. They tell you how to make breakfast potatoes or fries. (You bake the potatos for 20 minues after you slice them, peels on, and then you fry in olive oil for a few more minutes. I started with more, but a) burnt some, and b the pan was full and I decided that was enough to eat. You can also boil them, but they turn grey if you do that.
I couln'nt figure out what was missing and then I found Johnny's Season Salt and they wre SO good!
Then I washed the mandoline in the dishwasher and melted the plastic tray. But the top still works.

Chaz! You KNOW you got MY attention there. Those look so good. Only thing is that there should be a few more of them. Did you make them?
I know they look really, really good. Were you in a resturant? Did they taste as good as they look?
