Who are they? Are they the Iranian-Americans (dual citizenships) that are suspected of trying to stage an uprising? The Bush administration has allocated $75 million to "promote democracy" in Iran. This has caused the Iranian government to be suspicious. I wonder what the United States would think if a foreign country allocated a large amount of money to "change the government of the United States to an Islamic Republic."
