Yes, I did show her that I have one, too. And, I showed her how she can make it copy her, like waving your arms (then your shadow will do the same). And, I showed her how she can walk under a tree (in the shade) and the shadow will go away.
Garrett and I think that is so funny. It's not really funny, you know...it's just amazingly interesting. I don't think I've ever seen a child notice a shadow and be scared of it. I don't like my shadow following me around either. And for some reason, my shadow is fat.
That is a riot. How cute is that? I just sat laughing out loud while watching it. It almost seems she is more annoyed with it than scared. Like "this thing won't leave me alone and just follows me everywhere I go." It's cute how she is just walking along and looks behind her to see if “it” is still tagging along. She'll get a kick seeing this when she is older.
