At the moment, you might feel ok with giving up your rights to "catch terrorists" or something. You may be comfortable with Bush having all of this power. I don't but you might.
But you have to consider, WHO MIGHT INHERIT THIS POWER down the road and abuse it?
Do you really want Hillary Clinton to have the power to tap your phone, read your email, search your house without warrant and seize your property no questions asked?
