Violet and I were out in the field at my house and we saw a big bird (crane) sneaking up on some rabbits that were hopping in and out of their hole in the ground. Violet and I shooed the bird away so it wouldn't get the rabbits. That is the story Violet is telling her mom and dad.

Notice how she covers her eyes when she talks about the rabbits hiding? Well, when we play hide-and-go-seek, and I am supposed to find Violet, she will be in plain sight, but will cover her eyes, thinking that I cannot see her if her eyes are covered. The other day we were outside playing hide the doll. Violet hid the doll from me and I was supposed to find it. Violet sat down next to the doll and used her hands to cover the doll's eyes (so I couldn't find it).
I like the way her eyes get big when you tell her to tell the story. Like she can't wait to tell them about it. This video is sooooooo cute. I love her.
Oh Linnette, that is so cute that she covers her eyes like that. You'd better let her know you can see her. JK. Very interesting. I love it what she says "What?" Thats going to be her trademark phrase.
