I won't blow my money. I finally got the police report today. It shows her character. Interesting reading. I'm going to file in small claims next week. I just needed a few days to collect myself. You know, make sure everything is in order.

Make sure you know the person(s) you are suing are the one whose name is on your lease agreement (Lynda or her daughter) and possibly the agent if (her) name is not on the lease agreement. Don't have the judge tell you that you are suing the wrong person(s). It is a good idea to "collect yourself" as you are doing and anyone else.
