There is nothing in his mouth except his teeth, gums and tongue. If you enlarge the pic you can see it is just "dark" in there. Oh yeah, the cloer I look, oh yeah Lisa, now I see it. It's a big black marble.
This is a great picture. Action shot. Now all we need is the audio to go with this picture, bet that would have been a riot.
