Small Claims Court. Trial date is set for December 15 at 8:30 a.m. Tavia needs to arrange for the landlord to be served. (It would be my pleasure to do it, Tavia.) And that's the update. Will keep you posted.

IMO, if and when Bob serves her, there should be no gun within a hundred yards. Wouldn't be fair to tempt him more than he could bear.
