Other Dumb Laws: In California, sunshine is guaranteed to the masses.
It is a misdemeanor to shoot at any kind of game from a moving vehicle, unless the target is a whale.
Women may not drive in a house coat.
No vehicle without a driver may exceed 60 miles an hour.
Or how about these:
In California, you can't smoke the medicinal herb Cannibis Sativa unless it has been prescribed by a physician!
You can't smoke in a California bar even if the OWNER of the establishment allows it!
And, here's one that defies logic. You can use your body to model and get paid for it. You can use your body to perform on Broadway and get paid for it. You can use your body to dance and get paid for it. But, if you use your body for sex, you can't get paid for it. You can do it for free, but as soon as somebody pays you for it, you are breaking a law. Does that make sense?
