I got up to get some raw broccoli as soon as the video started.

What about ruby reds and royal greens? Do those count?

That is great information Linnette. I did a search and found this website: http://www.drfuhrman.com/library/article17.aspx

It lists all the nutrient density scores. Man, I want to learn to eat more of those high density vegtables.

I listened and read this and noticed beets are at the top.Beth has her cooked beets EVERY SINGLE DAY! Now Im with Tave,gotta get the broccoli and the green veggies going.
