Do the rich pay their "fair share" of taxes?

According to the IRS, more than 50 percent of the tax revenue comes from the top five percent of the taxpayers, 80 percent come from the top 25 percent, and virtually all (97%) of the tax revenue comes from the top 50 percent (so the bottom 50 percent pay 3% of the tax revenue). Interesting?
