Florida sees its 12th DNA exonoree

Last week, James Bain was released from a Florida prison after serving 35 years for a crime he didn’t commit. DNA testing finally cleared Bain of raping a young boy in 1974. This means that the real perpetrator was free to victimize others.

Wonder why it took so long. DNA technology has been around for many years now.

I'd be feeling a wee bitter, if I were him.

He has been in jail for my entire life.

I'd donate to the Innocence Project any day before I'd donate to the Red Cross. There are so many more just like James Bain.
