Now there is a Coffee Party Movement to oppose the Tea Party Movement

•”The Coffee Party Movement gives voice to Americans who want to see cooperation in government.”

•”We recognize that the federal government is not the enemy of the people, but the expression of our collective will, and that we must participate in the democratic process in order to address the challenges that we face as Americans.”

How repulsive! Why would we want to see "cooperation" in Washington? Everybody cooperate to pass more laws and take away more freedoms. Government gridlock is preferable to "cooperation." And, government IS the enemy of the people. The Founding Fathers repeatedly warned us to mistrust the government.

Repulsive is right! I can't believe it. What dupes. Must be a political strategy to put the idea in people's heads that those who still cling to the "outdated" idea of individual rights are a menace to society. According to the FBI, "these people are 'sovereign citizens', most of whom believe they are free from all dutues of a U.S. citizen, like paying taxes or needing a government license to drive. A small number of these people are armed and resort to violence..."
