Though it likely has no chance, I like the name "Virtie" (the namesake of a woman I loved so much and esteem so very highly to this day). Garrett, so GREAT to see you here!!! Neisha, why don't you tell the story (tear-jerker) of the teacher-parent conference here? Well, Mom, Carol, Linnette, Ginger and myself are here at the Quality-Inn in Surprise, Arizona. Her walk-through is today. Saw Mom's new house yesterday. Wow! So cozy, warm and appealing! You all are gonna love it, no doubt about it.
