So, Tavia's bumper sticker assumes that the reason we are in Iraq is because of oil. Not for the reasons the Bush Administration stated. Such as weapons of mass destruction (there were none), free the Iraqi people, make it safe for democracy, etc.
So, her bumper sticker is saying that troops are being killed in Iraq for oil. Save the Troops. Drill in ANWR.

The Arctic National Wildlife Refuge on the northern slope of Alaska. There is a bunch of petroleum up there.
