A US appeals court ruled that the school violated the constitutional rights of this 13-year old student. They had her remove her clothes because they had received a tip from another student that she had drugs in her possession. However, they didn't find what they were looking for.
What drug were they looking for? Ibuprofen. You can buy Ibuprofen over the counter. It's the same thing as Advil or Motrin.
