Great answers, but still waiting for a reply to the "rich" one. Even if that WAS his job, he gets a FAILING grade, because he is doing just the opposite, enslaving our grandchildren for generations to come. Napolitano is spot-on.

The question was about the president's JOB, not about how well he does it.
If government did its job, it'd be so small we'd barely notice it. The smaller the government, the freer we'd be.
